CIC Practice™ — 14-Day Cycles
CIC Practice™ — 14-Day Cycles

An enjoyable practice format people can actually use

This page turns the CIC Practice™ framework into a usable, mobile-friendly practice form: clear trait cards, simple daily actions, reflections, and a visible progress line under every trait.

How to use it

Pick one trait. Work it for 14 days.
Complete the action. Answer the reflection honestly.
Track your progress. Check off each completed day.
Move on only when earned. Hit at least 10 of 14 days and identify one real behavioral shift.

CIC Practice™ Cycles

Tap a trait to open the full 14-day cycle. Each section includes a simple checkbox line so users can track completion without needing another tool.
